The SICUT Butchers Gambrel 45cm is a heavy-duty stainless steel gambrel designed for hanging, skinning and processing meat and game. Constructed from 10mm 304 stainless steel rod, this gambrel provides a strong and corrosion-resistant solution for use around the farm, during hunting trips or when processing meat at home.
The heavy-duty construction features an additional support bar welded in for extra strength, while the large 3cm top hole is designed to accommodate larger hooks for secure hanging. With an overall hook-to-hook length of 45cm, the gambrel is suitable for medium to large-sized animals such as sheep, pigs and deer.
The SICUT Butchers Gambrel has been tested with a Maximum Breaking Force (MBF) of 806 kgf. A Safe Working Load (SWL) of 201.5 kgf is calculated using a safety factor of 4 for general use. The gambrel follows Australian Standard AS 1418 requirements relating to load-bearing equipment.
