OzHands is an Australian Online Store. We believe in Fair Trade. We strictly follow Common Law of business. Any activity:

  • with ill intention
  • which could potentially cause economical loss to anyone in unethical or illegal way
  • considered illegal in Australian Law at any state, federal or commonwealth level
  • which can damage reputation of the term “Australian Made” or “Made in Australia”

will not be tolerated and OzHands will seek legal remedy against the vendor, individual, customer, user or visit who conducted or attempted to conduct such activity.

3. Selling At OzHands

3.1 General:

OzHands is an online marketplace for Australian Made Items and products only. A Seller cannot list an item which can be identified as not Made in Australia. If a seller has been identified breaching this fundamental terms, they shall me liable for all damages occurred due to that action. Such as, liable for damages to OzHands reputation.

3.2 Selecting Price of Products:

The Final price of your products at OzHands must not be higher than the listed price at your own store, either online or offline. Final Price includes Price of the Products itself, shipping and Payment surcharge.

3.3 Withdrawal Request – 15 days

In general you can withdraw your earning after 15 days from the order is completed. Order can only be considered complete after you have dispatched it and you have tracking number. You must provide tracking number in order note before selecting an order as complete.

Why 15 Days? – In General it can take upto 15 days for Australia Post to deliver a parcel anywhere in Australia. We act like a Middle-man in transaction between seller and buyer, we would like to avoid any future dispute and customer dis-satisfaction.

To protect against the risk of liability, you agree that OzHands may delay or alter or cancel withdrawal request by a seller based on certain factors, including, but not limited to, selling history, seller performance, returns, riskiness of the listing category or active dispute case.

3.4 Adding Content:

When you upload content to the OzHands website or otherwise give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to exercise any and all intellectual property rights including copyright and trademark rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future and for any other purpose.

OzHands will assume that vendor has exclusive copyright of the content added by the vendor. Vendor will be liable if any copyright dispute arises regarding any content added by the vendor.

For Retailers, We only display items and products and its information which we do not accept orders for. Customer are being redirected to the Retailers online store when they chose to click “Buy Product” button. Customer are required to contact that retailer if any dispute arise.

As a retailer, you allow us to display your content which you have sent to us via email or available publicly in you website address provided on registration from and it start as soon as you signup. We will continue to display your products until we chose to discontinue or you let us know in writing to discontinue.

5. Fees and services

We do not charge any fees from buyers. The payment buyers making to OzHands only be in combination of:

Price of the product choose by buyer

Shipping charges

Payment processing fee charged by Paypal or PoliPayment

Joining OzHands and Selling items is free. We do charge fees for using our services, such as fee per order. When you sale an item or use a service that has a fee, you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our agreement with vendors.

We may change our seller fees from time to time by posting the changes on the OzHands site 14 days in advance, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions, new services, or any changes that result in the reduction of fees.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars. By selling in OzHands you agree that OzHands will deduct those fees from your account before making any pay-out to you. If any due or expense arises because of dispute between seller and buyer, in such case you are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our sites and services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes charging other payment methods on file with us, retaining collection agencies and legal counsel and, for accounts over 180 days past due, deducting the amount owed from your PayPal account balance or using any credits on your account).

If OzHands decide to change or introduce any fees, we will provide 30 day notice.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute or dis-satisfaction arises with any products, you must contact the seller or vendor of your product. If the dispute does not resolved, in such case OzHands will act as facilitator and will attempt to resolve the dispute. If that failed too, we will provide a statement and buyer or seller can take action as per Australian Consumer Law.

If you have any complaint or dis-satisfaction arises with OzHands or Lucky IT Service, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute. If you are still not satisfied with our resolution, all legal notices and formal disputes should be sent to our address via post.

7. Shipping

Most of the OzHands vendors use Australia Post for shipping of the items purchased by buyers. You agree and accept that shipping delays are beyond vendor’s control. Please consider adding 5 business days with estimated delivery day. So, if estimated delivery date is 24th January, it can take upto 2nd of March.

8. Returns and Refund

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us (and our officers, agents, employees) against any claim or demand, including legal fees and costs, made against us by any third party due to or arising out of your or vendors breach of this Agreement, or your or vendors infringement of any law or the rights of a third party in the course of using the Ozhands platform.

10. Agency

OzHands is not agent of you or vendors or any users or any individual.
